Frequently Asked Questions

What do I do if I have questions about my loan?

Please contact us. Go to the Contact Us tab for more info.

What is a co-signer?

A co-signer is a person that agrees to join the primary borrower in being responsible for the payment and loan obligation. All co-signers are fully responsible for payment just as the borrower is. You may benefit from using a co-signer if that co-signer strengthens the credit worthiness or ability to pay.

Can I make payments online?

A: Absolutely! We accept eCheck payments online 24/7. Click on the "Payments" tab within the account to get started! (Routing number and checking account number are required.)

Can I set up automatic payments?

Yes. We can set up regularly scheduled payments to be automatically deducted from your checking account. We do not charge any additional fees for automatic payments. Click on the "Payment Profiles" tab in your account to get started!

Can I pay with a credit card or debit card?

No, not at this time.

What is my payoff?

Contact us to find out exactly what the payoff is on your loan. Your most recent transaction balance is not your payoff. It may be close, but it is not exactly your payoff. Accrued fees and interest are not included in the balance visible on this site. To request a payoff amount, please email us at support@pointbridgeusa.com or call us at 888-222-1439. Payoff payments can be mailed to our payment address or processed via eCheck over the phone. Title companies may also use wire transfers. Our online system is not equipped to receive payoff payments at this time.

Has your contact info changed?

Please email us at Support@PointBridgeUSA.com if you need to make any changes to your phone number, mailing address, or if you have a new email address you would like us to use. (All changes must be requested from the email address currently on file.)
